Most people hold on to and live with negative thoughts and feelings (Carry them with them everywhere they go). Painful memories, mental scars, personal losses, shattered dreams, disappointments and false expectations for what might or could have been. Others carry bitterness, resentment, shame, guilt, grudges, frustrations, stressful traumatic events, crisis, and regrets.

All these thoughts and feelings affect our attitude of mind, wellbeing, health and wealth, and reduce our abilities of achievement and our best outcomes in life. We allow these things to become roadblocks, obstacles and a negative dominating force in our whole being resulting in getting down, continually upset and or feeling completely lost or inadequate.

We must not allow these things to overwhelm us or for that matter control our lives, and we can’t allow our thoughts and feelings to lead us to a state of achievement paralysis as we allow them to become so ingrained, and become a part of our personality or identity.
