Fantastic course for all those who suffer or know someone who suffers from anxiety.  All key people/ staff should learn and gain an understanding about anxiety and it’s effects on people who live with it, and how best to help them.  Covering topics such as types of anxiety, a little bit of biology, causes, reactions, distinguishing anxiety from stress and depression, and what we can do to help.
